2nd Cannons Publications is an artists' book publisher and store dedicated to the use and distribution of the book and other mass-produced formats within current art practices.
Based in Los Angeles, 2nd Cannons was started in summer of 2005 by Brian Kennon as a vehicle to publish his own books and to invite other artists to engage with the book format. The 2nd Cannons site also carries select non-2nd Cannons publications. Currently this includes publications from Christopher Russell/Bedwetter, Trudi, David Kordansky Gallery, Elk, and the Relay Project.
